Randy Ripkey is the President of TAS Concepts, Inc. and an experienced entrepreneur specializing in technology for the telephone answering service industry. He is best known for TASbiller and TASbillerCloud, a cloud-based SaaS platform designed to provide billing and profitability analysis capabilities for answering services. Ripkey’s entrepreneurial background spans software development, real estate, and the telephone answering service industry. Early in his career, he worked at Radio Shack while attending school before beginning to write custom software programs. He later spent years in real estate as a licensed appraiser, salesperson, broker, and mortgage broker. In 1995, Ripkey entered the telephone answering service industry as the owner of Accurate Messages, which he operated until January 2026. His decades of firsthand industry experience now inform his work at TAS Concepts and his understanding of answering service operations and profitability. Ripkey has held leadership positions throughout the industry, including President of the Southern Telemessaging Association and service on the ATSI Board of Directors. He received the ATSI President’s Award in 2023 and is frequently invited to speak at answering service conferences about profitability analysis.
